Base Material: Aluminum alloy die-casting materials (standard ADC12/A380 alloys, specialized Al-Si die-casting alloys offering excellent fluidity, high strength, and superior heat dissipation; Al-Mg alloys).
Manufacturing Process: High-pressure aluminum alloy die-casting → Removal of gates and overflows → Sandblasting/Shot blasting → CNC machining (milling of sealing surfaces, precision machining of holes) → Deburring and cleaning → Airtightness/leak testing → Pre-treatment → Surface treatment → Full-dimensional inspection of finished products.
Precision: Die-cast blank dimensional tolerance: ±0.5–1.0 mm; CNC machined sealing surfaces and mounting hole tolerances: ±0.1–0.2 mm
